This page has quite a bit of flexibility. To the left a list of links to other pages could be set up (text or as gif/jpg images), or graphic images could be used, animated or not. A combination of textual links, and some related site graphics would look nice as well.

If a side menu is not wanted, the page would like nice with no sidebar whatsoever, and all page content centered below page header.

As is standard on most sites, a list of textual links will easily be added to the bottom of page for easy viewer reference.
